An American hip hop duo and record production / songwriting team formed in Atlanta, Georgia in 2007. Formed by 1st Down and Raye Rich.

They got their start in the music industry as engineers, after receiving their degrees from Full Sail University in 2009. In 2011, the duo had the opportunity to work at Atlanta-based production studio Collipark Music, where they met music producer Mr. Hanky, who introduced them to southern rap group Travis Porter. This led to FKi producing the hits "Make It Rain" and "Bring It Back" for the group. FKi went on to produce music for several artists, including Iggy Azalea, T.I., Travis Porter, Tyga and others.
