E-Pak-Sa

E Pak-Sa (born Lee Yong-Seok and also known as Dr. Lee) is a South Korean singer, recognized as the creator of "techno-trot", which fused classic Korean trot with modern electronic styles. This made him one of the first Korean artists to achieve fame in Japan, before the Hallyu period of the late 1990s. He is known for his distinctive style of vocalizing the instrumental introductions to his songs, a technique he developed while working as an entertainer on tour buses.
