Profile:	b. 4 December 1968 American, singer, songwriter, producer and actress. She rose to fame in the early 1990s as the vocalist on hip hop group Arrested Development (1992) hit single, “Tennessee”. She is the mother of rapper, singer and songwriter Yung Baby Tate.
